In the article the analysis of operating modes of hybrid power station with the high level of substitution of organic fuel is made, the necessity of use of energy storage is proved. The original architecture of creation and a way of management of operating modes of a hybrid power generating system based on use of the double-circuit storage of energy providing the optimum modes of a charge of rechargeable batteries is offered.
