摘要

混合生产过程的数据是杂的、多元的,多元数据的获取已经成为生产控制和管理的瓶颈。先进的控制技术和自动识别技术为混合生产过程的实时数据获取提供了有效手段。本文提出了实时数据采集模型,为混合生产过程的数据采集问题提供了有效的解决方案。该模型采用DCS、现场总线、条码和RFID采集各种生产数据,对仪器仪表、条码和RFID标签进行统一编码。并获得了具有统一形式的多元生产信息。最后,以PVC手套生产为例,对模型进行了验证。
