Among scientific research, an important role is played by works related to forecasting, which is not limited to attempts to predict the future, but prepares for the adoption of promising management decisions, creates a meaningful ground for frontier developments of a scientific and scientific-methodological nature.Many aspects of the development of secondary vocational education are deservedly called “eternal”, since the issues of material and technical support, qualification and training of teaching staff, the ratio of fundamental and practical orientation acquire new meanings at any stage of socio-economic development of society. It seems that the development of vocational education takes place according to the laws of reciprocating motion or a pendulum. From the pragmatic mission of providing the economy with personnel, to the humanitarian mission of comprehensive and harmonious personal development, bypassing the state of equilibrium. At the same time, the previous configurations of the system have never been repeated in full yet. 摘要

在社会经济因素的影响下,俄罗斯中等职业教育的发展需要充分的科学和方法支持。在科学研究中,与预测有关的工作起着重要作用,它不仅限于试图预测未来,而且为采用有希望的管理决策做准备,为科学和科学方法论性质的前沿发展创造有意义的基础。中等职业教育发展的许多方面不愧是“永恒的”,因为在社会经济发展的任何阶段,物质技术保障、师资队伍的资格与培训、基础导向与实用导向的比例等问题都具有新的意义。职业教育的发展似乎是按照往复运动或钟摆的规律进行的。从为经济提供人才的实用主义使命,到绕过均衡状态,实现人的全面和谐发展的人道主义使命。同时,以前的系统配置从未完全重复过。这表明,反复应用于许多研究课题是可取的,不必担心会得到以前得到的结果。现代职业教育教育学需要关于当前主题的可靠信息,这使得研究对实践的发展真正有用,为研究人员解决前瞻性问题做好准备成为可能。
