Modeling of rotor based harmonics in dual-star, wound field, synchronous machines
This paper describes a method to include rotor based harmonics into a fundamental dq simulation model of a redundant dual-star synchronous machine. The model has been derived to add a minimum of additional equations and to allow identification of the required parameters from existing standard machine tests.
