摘要

在甲状腺功能减退阶段诊断为自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)的130名6至16岁的儿童和青少年接受了一个疗程的低氧治疗。在AIT背景下,正压间歇低氧训练法治疗甲状腺功能减退具有较高的疗效。经过一段时间的缺氧治疗后,CD8+细胞的功能和数量的增加可以阻止自身免疫过程的进展,促进甲状腺功能的恢复,这反过来又会对患者的神经状态产生积极的影响:改善精神表现和运动的精细协调指标。关键词:自身免疫性甲状腺炎,甲状腺功能减退,缺氧治疗,间歇缺氧训练,神经免疫内分泌紊乱。
