摘要

微电网是一种电力来源,通常为公用事业电网难以实现电气化的小地理区域提供电力。微电网是由风力发电厂、太阳能发电厂、微型涡轮机、燃料电池等各种小型额定发电机组以及电池、超级电容器、飞轮等各种新兴的蓄能单元组成的配电网。风能发电系统和太阳能光伏发电系统等基于可再生能源的电站各自发电都依赖于天气。在负荷动态变化、风力波动、太阳强度变化等条件下,微网性能尤其是频率性能下降严重,因此储能装置的安装试图通过适当的控制动作抑制频率扰动,保持微网性能稳定。在控制方面,本工作采用了一种新颖的正弦余弦算法结构模糊分数阶控制器(FFOC),使系统在各种条件下都能保持稳定的性能。
