The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan and the sample in this study was the total population of 113 employees. The results showed that training (X1) and leadership (X2) on employee performance, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定和分析培训和领导对嘉塔·阿努杰拉·佩萨达·梅丹PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan员工绩效的影响。使用的数据有主要数据和次要数据。Primary data是通过发放给员工的问卷来收集的,secondary data是通过对公司持有的各种信息和之前的研究结果进行文献研究获得的。数据分析方法采用定量方法,即多元线性回归分析。本研究的人群为PT.
