This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the effect of price on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the influence of Consumer Behavior and Prices on Consumer Decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, secondary data obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who make purchases at the company during the 2021 period as many as 15,336 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that consumer behavior and prices had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia

For companies, increasing the value of the company is considered very important to strengthen its financial stability, because changes in the capital structure can cause changes in the value of the company. A good capital structure is one whose value is less than one. If the value of the capital structure is more than one, the company is considered to have a greater amount of debt than the amount of its own capital. This study aims to examine the effect of the current ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turnover on the capital structure. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample population of 74 companies. By using purposive sampling, the sample that meets the criteria is 31 companies. The results show that the current ratio partially affects the capital structure. Partially, net profit margin and total asset turnover have no effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the current ratio, net profit margin and total asset turnover affect the capital structure of the basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period.

The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan and the sample in this study was the total population of 113 employees. The results showed that training (X1) and leadership (X2) on employee performance, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah. While the ability of Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) together can explain changes in Employee Performance (Y) by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality variables on the decision of farmers to buy tilapia seeds from PT Japfa in Panei Tongah Kab. Simalungun. The population in this study were farmers who bought tilapia seeds from PT Japfa in Panei Tongah Kab. Simalungun as many as 180 people and the sampling technique used is the Purposive sampling with 64 samples. The data technique used is by using a questionnaire and observation. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between price and quality on breeders. Based on statistical data analysis, the variables in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is free of multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The regression equation obtained is Y= 12,408 + 464X1 + 412X2. With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.717. The value of Fcount for this study was 77.452 > Ftable 3.15 and the value of Tcount X1(5.223), X2(4.586) > Ttable 1.998. The results of the regression equation hypothesis test indicate that the price, quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The Public Works Office of Medan City is one of the agencies engaged in the repair of road infrastructure. Based on the information that the researchers obtained, one of the problems faced by the Medan City Public Works Office is the lack of discipline in the work of production employees in completing their work and reduced employee job satisfaction and a tendency to decline in the performance of general employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction at the Medan City Public Works Office. The number of population in this study was 214 people and the sample was 139 respondents using the Slovin method. The test used is path analysis or path analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positif effect on employee performance throught employee job satisfaction.

Population in research at PT. Garuda Teladan Biscuid Binjai North Sumatra as many as 157 respondents. The sample was obtained by 61 respondents. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. data sources in this study from primary data collection techniques, namely observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the partial research are quality of service has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Relational Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously obtained Quality of Service and Relational Marketing affects Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The Covid-19 pandemic itself entered Indonesia in March 2020, starting with a patient who was confirmed to have Covid-19 while attending an event in Jakarta where the patient had direct contact with a Foreign Citizen from Japan living in Malaysia. After the meeting, the patient complained of fever, cough and shortness of breath (WHO, 2020) and after an intensive examination, the patient was declared positive for Covid-19. Then the corona virus quickly spread to all corners of Indonesia. Until now, the implementation of WFH has become part of the new normal in our daily lives, so the implementation of telecommuting has become a necessity. This research was conducted in order to find out to what extent employees' influence on WFH or working from home affects their motivation, satisfaction or commitment to their work while working from home. Primary data were obtained from short interviews with completeness in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis used to determine the relationship between variables using SPSS 23.00 software. based on the results of the study, the researchers found that job satisfaction together had an effect on working from home/WFH. Partially, employee job satisfaction has a dominant effect on working from home.

After the meeting, the patient complained of fever, cough and shortness of breath (WHO, 2020) and after an intensive examination, the patient was declared positive for Covid-19. Then the corona virus quickly spread to all corners of Indonesia. Until now, the implementation of WFH has become part of the new normal in our daily lives, so the implementation of telecommuting has become a necessity. This research was conducted in order to find out to what extent employees' influence on WFH or working from home affects their motivation, satisfaction or commitment to their work while working from home. Primary data were obtained from short interviews with completeness in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis used to determine the relationship between variables using SPSS 23.00 software. based on the results of the study, the researchers found that job satisfaction together had an effect on working from home/WFH. This study aims determine and analyze the effect price perception and promotion partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at gojek online transportation user Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this reseach is quantitative method with a consumers survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collected in the form of data is carried out using a qustionnaire technique. Data analysis in this survey uses multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient determination using SPSS software. The results of the survey that the price perception and promotion simultaneously and partially have a significant on consumer satisfaction.
