Results showed that: (1) teachers' perceived organizational justice negatively predicted their psychological contract breach and anomie behavior; (2) teachers' psychological contract breach positively predicts their anomie behavior; (3) psychological contract breach plays a completely mediating role between perceived organizational fairness and teachers' anomie behavior. Influence of Teachers' Organizational Justice on Teachers' Anomie Behaviors: The Mediating Effect of the Psychological Contract Breach
