摘要

本文对组织公民行为的研究文献进行了扩充,为组织公民行为研究的发展提供了理论支持。为了理解组织行为,已经进行了大量的研究。实证研究证实了组织公民行为与组织绩效之间的正相关关系。本文在以往文献的基础上,提出了一个frameworkÂ变量,将情绪耗竭和工作生活平衡作为支持型组织文化对职业承诺的调节变量。通过确定会削弱积极工作行为效果的工作压力源而提出的主张。
