The sample consisted of eighty respondents, namely all company employees from various work units using proportional random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and then processed using multiple regression analysis. It was found that locus of control has an effect on employee performance, on the other hand not with responsibility. Simultaneously locus of control and responsibility affect employee job satisfaction. 摘要

本文分析了控制源和责任源对PDAM地区水务公司(PDAM)土桑棉兰分公司titanadi员工绩效的影响。样本由80名受访者组成,即来自各个工作单位的所有公司员工,采用比例随机抽样技术。通过向受访者发放问卷收集数据,然后使用多元回归分析进行处理。研究发现,控制点对员工绩效有影响,而对责任没有影响。控制点和责任同时影响员工的工作满意度。为了提高PDAM公司员工的绩效,本文提出了几点建议。
