Results showed that turn over intention was positively related perceived organizational politics and job stress and it was found to be negatively related to perceived organizational support, transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was also computed to assess the predictive relationship of above mentioned variables with turnover intention. 摘要

摘要本研究调查了来自巴基斯坦公立和私立大学的450名教师(278名男性和172名女性)的组织政治、组织支持、变革型领导、组织承诺、组织公民行为、工作满意度和工作压力与离职倾向的关系。采用Pearson矩相关分析和t检验来考察研究变量之间的关系。结果发现,员工离职意向与组织政治感知、工作压力感知呈显著正相关,与组织支持感知、变革型领导感知、组织承诺感知、组织公民行为感知、工作满意度感知呈显著负相关。运用多元回归分析,评估上述变量与离职倾向的预测关系。研究还发现,男性对组织政治和工作压力的感知得分更高,而女性对自己的领导者具有更高的变革意识,对自己的组织更忠诚。
