摘要

采用协调度评价方法对北京市工业用水结构与产业结构的协调度进行了评价。在此基础上,建议设计北京市水资源利用与经济发展协调性评价指标体系,并采用灰色关联分析法和协调性评价法对北京市水资源利用与经济发展的关联度和协调性进行评价。研究发现,“八五”至“十三五”期间,北京市工业用水结构粗放度呈现明显下降趋势,由0.71降至0.36;北京市对高耗水量的偏好有轻微的波动和下降,在0.29 ~ 0.09之间;中国工业用水结构与产业结构的协调度由0.54提高到0.82,由“比较协调”状态转变为“协调”状态。北京市水资源利用与经济发展的灰色关联度呈上升趋势,从0.59上升到0.89。北京市水资源利用与经济发展的协调度波动幅度较小,从0.83上升到0.87。
