Agricultural insurance is a management method that effectively responds to agricultural risks and an effective way to protect agricultural production activities. At present, Yunnan Province has frequent natural disasters and severe economic losses, restricting the development of agriculture there. Farmers have limitations in their perception of agricultural insurance, affecting their willingness to buy and participate in agriculture as well as their desire to achieve stable income and increase and create income. Therefore, it is necessary to improve farmers' purchasing intention and participation behavior, understand farmers' purchasing needs and analyze influencing factors, so that agricultural insurance can play a key role. Based on the agriculture conditions of Yunnan Province, the development status of agricultural insurance in Yunnan Province, and farmers' cognitive behaviors, this paper analyzes from three aspects to find the factors affecting the development of agricultural insurance and the main reasons that hinder farmers' purchase intention, trying to use the thought of economics to analyze and explain their behavior, and putting forward feasible strategies to improve the development model of agricultural insurance in Yunnan Province.

Objective: Based on the Yunnan-Myanmar agricultural cooperation, this article explores coordinated policies to promote China-Myanmar cross-border agricultural economic cooperation. Method: Taking the official statistical data of Myanmar as evidence, this paper analyzes the Myanmar-China cross-border agricultural trade from the international trade float of Myanmar, and compares the deficit status, government consensus, investment and construction of the cross-border trade between Myanmar and China among the trading partners of Myanmar, and further analyzes the important role of cross-border agricultural economic cooperation between Myanmar and China. Result: The study shows that China is the largest trading partner of Myanmar, and the agricultural products is one of the main foreign exchange products that Myanmar exports to China, and China has been actively carrying out trade measures to promote agricultural economic cooperation. Meanwhile, Myanmar indicates that it is urgent to narrow the trade deficit, by improving the quality standardization of agricultural products, strengthening the construction of border ports and sharing information in bilateral markets. Suggestion: As the main carrier of Myanmar-China economic cooperation, Yunnan should strengthen China-Myanmar crossborder agricultural economic cooperation by enhancing and improving the trade of agricultural products between

In 2008, the subprime mortgage market in the US collapsed as a result of falling housing prices, and kicked start a global financial crisis. Growing at a fast rate, the subprime mortgage market had accumulated a high level of risks before its collapse. In the post-global crisis period, the non-performing loans (NPLs) market in China experienced similar growth, leading to concerns of potential failure. This paper, with reference to the US subprime market in the 2000s, develops an explanation of the risks related to the Chinese NPLs market, by identifying the trend and the causes of the growth. This paper then evaluates the corresponding prevention measures in terms of corporate governance and government regulations. The findings of this research suggest that the risks in the Chinese NPLs market will remain at a controllable level, while further measures are required to make the market vibrant.

In today's world, many countries are suffering from the epidemic caused by the coronavirus. In this case, China's construction projects will be delayed, which is caused by a series of factors, such as the characteristics of the industry itself and the quarantine policies. In order to further investigate the short-term and long-term effects of the epidemic on the industry, the author analyzed the characteristics of the industry and the requirements of the policies. Through literature research, it can be concluded that the output of the construction industry will decline in the short term, which will lead to financing difficulties; however, in the long run, the industry will operate smoothly in a larger market.

Using GIS spatial analysis and questionnaire survey and other research methods, this paper studies the spatial structure of sports venues resources and residents' sports activities in Dali, Yunnan, and understands the satisfaction degree of world residents and foreign residents with the hardware facilities of sports venues in Dali, so as to provide reference for building a high-quality healthy living destination in Dali. The research shows that the sports venues resources in Dali show the overall agglomeration characteristics, but the distribution of each jurisdiction is uneven, and the distribution along the cultural road is obvious. Residents' satisfaction with the spatial layout of sports venues and public services is significantly higher than that of foreign residents. The residents aged 20 and below have the highest satisfaction with the spatial layout, and the residents aged 31-40 have the highest satisfaction with public services, with a score of 4.54. Residents of Manjiang Street District expressed dissatisfaction with these three aspects.

Although local applied undergraduate universities have launched innovation and entrepreneurship education, there are some prominent problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as, vague understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education, incomplete curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship education, lack of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platforms, weak faculty, inadequate guidance and assistance for innovation and entrepreneurship education, etc. The article points out that the main problems are the ambiguous understanding of the objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the imperfect development of the applied undergraduate universities. Based on the analysis of the objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education, from the three main bodies of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the article proposes to build a guarantee mechanism which mainly includes management mechanism, curriculum system construction guarantee mechanism, teacher team guarantee mechanism, practice platform guarantee mechanism, practice training guarantee mechanism.

Building on similarity-attraction theory and social exchange theory, this study investigates the relationship between the actual and perceived cultural similarity, Leadership-Member Exchange (LMX) and job performance. Two fundamentally different approaches to conceptualizing cultural similarity are put forth in this study: real actual cultural similarity which relies on secondary sources data to calculate and infer the degree to which one is actually similar to another individual in cultural attribute, and perceived cultural similarity which subjectively evaluate psychic cultural similarity. Different from prior researches on similarity-LMX relationship that mostly involve demographic domain, the present study features the following: 1) focusing on comparing influence of actual cultural similarity and perceived cultural similarity on LMX, authenticating perceived cultural similarity is a stronger predictor of work outcomes; 2) verifying the role of LMX as a mediator between perceived cultural similarity and job performance. Support for hypotheses was found in the empirical studies, conducted with data from more than 400 participants working in multi-cultural corporations. This research is innovative in theory and methodology which enriches managerial literature and sheds light on further cultureLMX study. Especially, a new perception-based measure developed in this study by combining several measures in exist literature would lead to more accurate assessment.

With the development of Internet technology, information is spreading rapidly. Short videos have become a new medium for people to receive information, and TikTok occupies an essential position in the short video apps. This paper uses Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze TikTok's market competition before it was founded. The Business Canvas model explores the business model and various elements of TikTok at diverse stages. Finally, the SWOT model is used to analyze the current situation of TikTok in strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and find the future direction of TikTok's business model. The analysis shows that startups need to identify opportunities and refine their business models to grow continually. TikTok should adopt a turnaround and diversification strategy to seek growth. This study provides TikTok with advice for better iteration and other parallel platforms with lessons for innovation.
