Meanwhile, the used DGS is built from 3 circular dumbbells. The equivalent circuit of BPF comprises of lumped elements of inductor and capacitor and is performed using EM & Circuit simulator. From the characterization, the measured result is agreed qualitatively with the simulated result of equivalent circuit. 摘要

本文提出了基于缺陷接地结构(DGS)的超宽带(UWB)微带带通滤波器(BPF)及其等效电路的研究进展。DGS的使用是为了提高滤波器和其他微波器件的特性。该BPF设计在尺寸为32mm × 11mm的0.8mm厚的FR4环氧介电基片上,由微带耦合线和开放式存根组成,下面有DGS。同时,使用过的DGS由3个圆形哑铃组成。BPF等效电路由电感和电容的集总元件组成,并在em&circuit模拟器上进行了仿真。从表征上看,测量结果与等效电路的仿真结果定性一致。所实现的BPF特性与仿真结果相当,在1.84GHz ~ 7.2GHz频率范围内,工作带宽为5.36GHz,为- 3dB。
