The research's result will be useful to give recommendation on online marketing that used by franchisor. This research used DeLone & McLean Model with questionnaire to 103 students who have had an experience in buying online. Respondents were chosen using Simple Random Sampling Method. Data were analysed using SMART PLS after we built the Research Model. Missing data and outliers have been resolved. We found that the fast respond time, availability information when it was needed, and fast respond on service were the most important factors in quality of SMEs' online marketing website.
