摘要

本研究旨在找出影响中小企业网络营销网站质量的因素。研究结果将有助于特许权人对在线营销提出建议。本研究采用DeLone & McLean模型对103名有过网购经历的学生进行问卷调查。调查对象采用简单随机抽样法。建立研究模型后,使用SMART PLS对数据进行分析。缺失数据和异常值已得到解决。我们发现,快速的响应时间、需要时的可用信息和快速的服务响应是影响中小企业网络营销网站质量的最重要因素。在未来的研究中,我们可以加入关于支付和配送服务的因素。
