摘要

自动化智能运输仓库在国内物流企业的运输系统中起着至关重要的作用,仓库运输堆垛机是其运输执行机制所必需的设备。本文提出了一种仓库堆垛系统的控制系统。首先,根据仓库的大小将堆场划分为几个区域,根据进出的频率将货物存放在特定的区域,以提高运输效率。其次,构建了基于PLC编程和西门子MM440变频器的仓库运输堆垛机控制系统,实现了堆垛机的移动控制、自动入库和自动出库。
