摘要

龙血(Daemonorops didymophylla)是占壁省具有商业价值的当地植物之一。但由于龙血种子发芽期较长(8个月1年),当地社区缺乏栽培,因此该植物的存在非常罕见。本研究旨在探讨天然细胞分裂素(椰奶)和合成细胞分裂素(无氧)对龙血发芽的影响。结果表明,人工细胞分裂素(无氧)浓度为1.5%,浸泡48 h,天然细胞分裂素(椰浆)浓度为75%,浸泡48 h,能最快地促进种子萌发,只有2天,而龙血浸泡时间对种子萌发没有影响。在浓度为1%和75%的椰奶中萌发率最高。
