摘要

为了提高粮食产量预测的精度,提出了一种基于小波变换和长短期记忆的粮食产量预测模型。首先利用小波变换算法对原始数据进行分解,得到一系列不同尺度的子序列,然后对子序列建立LSTM预测模型,最后利用小波重构得到预测产量并分析模型性能。本文以中国1999-2018年粮食产量作为实验数据。实验表明,与现有方法相比,本文提出的方法在短期和中期预测方面都具有优异的性能。
