Evaluation of bouncing, temperature rise on contacts, arc duration at break, switching capacity, and electric contact life was performed according to IEC standards. Good or even better performances of hollow contacts were obtained. 摘要

研究了采用空心触点铆钉降低继电器触点材料要求的可能性。在当前类型的继电器中,标准的大块触点被特殊制备的空心触点所取代,空心触点的形状是由触点材料薄板制成的外壳。比较了空心铆钉和块状铆钉在同一型号继电器上的接触性能。根据IEC标准进行了弹跳、触点温升、断弧持续时间、开关容量和电触点寿命的评估。获得了良好甚至更好的空心触点性能。试验后,对接触面进行了一些显微检查,以表明在较高电负荷下的侵蚀特性。
