PT. The training program emphasized not only on the enhancement of the curriculum and the practical concept, but also its training location and the adoption of E-Learning. Moreover, the use of scaffolding method as gradual release of responsibility framework has been deployed, as well as knowledge conversion in the form of assembly collaboration and re-layout of assembly lines. 摘要

再制造是循环经济的一种实施形式,对推动可持续发展目标至关重要。PT. XYZ是印度尼西亚最广泛的再制造公司之一,旨在通过专注于人力资源方面,特别是装配机械方面的能力,提高其竞争力和可持续性。学习开发的前置时间非常耗时,因此迫切需要对其进行优化。为了应对这一挑战,本研究采用了脚手架教学法模型,该模型分为四个阶段,即集中教学、引导教学、协作学习和自主学习。培训计划不仅强调课程和实践理念的加强,而且强调培训地点和E-Learning的采用。采用脚手架法作为责任的逐步释放框架,以装配协作的形式进行知识转换,重新布置装配线。最后,本研究成功地制定了一个综合培训计划,能够大大减少准备机械师的能力。
