In learning activities,  a teacher will certainly be confronted with various problems,  both students,  subject matter and learning methods. One of the ways that professional educators can make to enhance the quality of learning is action research in the classroom. Presently KGP Polewali Mandar has never organised any training events for other teachers,  so this community needs partners who can be brought together to train teachers in Polewali Mandar in order to enhance the professionalism of teachers in district. The PKM team worked with the KGP to provide on teacher training and mentorship. It took place from April to June 2022. This event was attended by 103 teachers in Polewali Mandar vi online. The title of the workshop activity on \"Enhancing the Professionalism of Polewali Mandar Teachers through classroom action training. 摘要

提高教育质量对一个国家的发展至关重要,是包括政府、私营部门、个人和其他各方在内的所有各方的责任。在学习活动中,教师必然会遇到各种各样的问题,包括学生、主题和学习方法。专业教育工作者提高学习质量的方法之一是课堂上的行动研究。目前,KGP Polewali普通话从未为其他教师组织过培训活动,因此该社区需要合作伙伴一起培训Polewali普通话教师,以提高地区教师的专业水平。PKM团队与KGP合作,提供教师培训和指导。比赛于2022年4月至6月举行。本次活动有103名教师在线参加。本次工作坊活动的主题为“通过课堂行动培训提升波兰语普通话教师的专业素养”。根据评估的结果,人们认识到所提供的材料是重要的,并且符合教师当前的需求
