摘要

利用石英晶体微天平耗散监测(QCM-D)研究了肝素和硫酸葡聚糖对DNA与聚氮吡啶(PA)多聚物释放的pH依赖性。三元体系的声学行为表明,在生理pH下有利于DNA的去浓缩。7.4, PA带明显正电荷,出现三元络合。当pH超过7.4时,由于PA的阳离子性明显降低,加入肝素释放的DNA比例很小。在pH为9.0时,由于吸附材料的作用,界面厚度增加,表明尽管DNA的释放可以忽略不计,但肝素仍保留在表面。在PA结合方面,肝素被证明是比葡聚糖硫酸盐更好的竞争对手。
