To this end, paired t-test, independent t-test, IPA analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using data from a survey of 1,338 social workers in Seoul. The results showed that the differences in expectation and implementation levels were significant for both roles and ethical principles. The IPA analysis of roles indicates that human resource manager, administrator, workload manager, professional and social change agent were included in the area of incremental improvement. The IPA analysis of ethical principles shows that integration was included in the intensive effort area. And strengthening solidarity, promoitng social justice, ethical use of technology and social media, and enhancing social participation were included in the incremental improvement area. Role discrepancy and ethical principle discrepancy were negatively associated with professional identity. Expectation levels of role and ethical principle were positively associated with professional identity. Of the social workers in social service agencies, role discrepancy and ethical principle discrepancy were negatively associated with professional identity. Of the social workers in social service agencies, expectation levels of role and ethical principle were positively associated with professional identity. Of the social workers in local governments, ethical principle discrepancy was negatively associated with professional identity, although role discrepancy was not significantly associated with professional identity. Of the social workers in local governments, expectation level of ethical principle was positively associated with professional identity, although expectation level of role was not significantly associated with professional identity. 摘要
