摘要

简介:大麻是一种属于大麻科的雌雄异株植物。目的:研究大麻的抑菌活性、抗氧化潜力及gc - ms代谢物谱。方法:采用圆盘扩散法测定大麻提取物的抑菌活性。通过DPPH法和FRAP法检测CEO的抗氧化能力。我们还评估了提取物的总酚(TPC)和类黄酮(TFC)含量。采用气相色谱-质谱法对大麻提取物中的植物化合物进行了表征。结果:大麻提取物对假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌活性显著,对DPPH和FRAP的抑菌活性分别为76.54%和56.10%。TPC和TFC分别为26.77 mg GAE/ gde。分别为34.45 mg QE/g D.W。气相色谱-质谱分析表明,大麻提取物中含有大麻素、萜烯、脂肪族化合物、烷烃和倍半萜烯。
