In such cases, it is necessary to ensure skill of the technicians as they are part of the non-destructive testing system. We are conducting research to establish a skills training method to efficiently develop non-destructive testing technicians. The behavior of licensed and unlicensed subjects was measured while inspecting defects around bolt holes.
