本文旨在分析哪一种软技能与罗赖马法院人事管理秘书处的行政实践更相关,通过行政专业公务员的视角,使用问题“行政专业公务员在职能中发展的软技能识别如何有助于人事管理秘书处活动的最佳表现?”通过分析,证实“灵活性”和“解决冲突”是行政人员最具代表性的软技能,虽然指出其他软技能与人事管理秘书处开展的活动的执行情况更为相关。这也有可能验证自信的沟通是管理员需要提高的软技能。
