摘要

立式擦膜蒸发器(VWFE)在化工、食品特别是纤维工业中有着广泛的应用。本文对Lyocell溶液(芦苇纤维素、n -甲基morpholine N-oxide (NMMO)溶剂、水)在真空真空蒸发溶解过程进行了数学模拟。采用COMSOL Multi-physics 5.4中具有旋转部件的几何形状湍流模型和冻结转子方法对VWFE中的溶液流动进行了模拟。将仿真结果与实验结果进行比较,验证了该方法的有效性。
