Sistem Arsitektur tanggap Bencana merupakan kesatuan sistem yang diterapkan dan dilaksanakan oleh suatu Arsitektur, pemerintah beserta komponen masyarakat yang terintegrasi dalam suatu sistem dan prosedur yang konkret, dalam rangka menghadapi keadaan darurat bencana alam, maupun sektor informal yang berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan bagi stabilitas keamanan.
