摘要

本研究的目的是开发和验证一个合适的结构模型,通过技术转让将研发组织的成功创新/想法/方法商业化。调查数据是从310名目标参与者的231份回答中提取出来的,根据文献调查设计了包含60个问题的结构化问卷。通过探索性因子分析对因子结构和初步模型进行了评价。通过估计系数、协方差矩阵、方差和绩效指标,推导出一阶和高阶验证性因子分析(CFA)模型。采用结构方程模型(SEM)来开发和评估结构模型的有效性和可靠性。结果表明,所开发的结构模型已经达到了所需的度量水平,并且可以在研发组织和行业中实现成功的商业化。
