This conceptual study has looked at the intricate relationship between psychological safety and employee productivity, shedding light on the considerable impact that psychological safety has on organisational success. It is now acknowledged that psychological safety, which is defined as the notion that people can communicate their thoughts, concerns, fears, and mistakes without fear of reprisal or humiliation, is a fundamental cognitive state that influences how employees interact with their jobs.
