Theoretical and methodological principles and practical means of assessing the achievement of the goals of sustainable development to ensure the food security of the country. Purpose. Analysis of the state and prospects for the implementation of the defined Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine and the possibility of achieving them in the food industry. Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific methods of cognition, fundamental provisions of economic theory, legislative and normative legal acts of Ukraine, etc. Results. The priority tasks for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine were justified, the content and indicators of achieving the Goals were researched, and the strategic tasks until 2020 were analyzed. It was established that in the pre-crisis period (before the pandemic and the full-scale invasion of the russian federation), the Sustainable Development Goals were only partially achieved, although positive dynamics were observed. The need for further improvement of the system of national sustainable development goals and monitoring of their achievement is substantiated. However, the resolution of the set tasks is complicated by the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. Scope of results. The results are scientific and analytical in nature and can be used by scientists in further research on the development of the food industry in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine. 主题。评估实现可持续发展目标以确保国家粮食安全的理论和方法原则以及实际手段。目的。分析了乌克兰实施可持续发展目标的现状和前景,以及在食品行业实现可持续发展目标的可能性。方法。研究的理论和方法基础包括一般科学的认知方法、经济理论的基本规定、乌克兰的立法和规范性法律行为等。结果。论证了乌克兰实现可持续发展目标的优先任务,研究了实现可持续发展目标的内容和指标,分析了到2020年的战略任务。可以确定的是,在危机前时期(大流行病和全面入侵俄罗斯联邦之前),虽然观察到积极的动态,但可持续发展目标仅部分实现。有必要进一步改进国家可持续发展目标和监测其实现情况的制度。然而,由于俄罗斯联邦对乌克兰的军事侵略,既定任务的解决变得复杂起来。结果范围。结果具有科学性和分析性,可用于科学家根据乌克兰可持续发展目标对食品工业发展的进一步研究。它们可以作为参考和有条理的信息来源,供经济学家、食品和加工工业企业的专家、当局的专家、研究人员、教师、研究生和高等院校的学生使用。
