摘要

本文通过对个性化学习技术的科学和理论分析,指出个性化学习技术在高等教育实践中应用的根本要素是使学生从教育过程的客体转变为教育过程的主体。这种转变的条件是教师和学生的某种内在定位,即:真正关心和尊重学生作为一个特定个体的个性;运用现代形式和方法对未来的专业人才进行专业培训;教学过程的积极情绪感知;学生从获取知识和经验的被动观察者转变为积极的对话者;鼓励在合作和自我管理的基础上学习等。
