Such studies are to be conducted in countries such as Turkey that do not have a warm attitude towards sexual education. It will be adequate to reveal how attitudes towards sexual education are affected and to take appropriate measures accordingly. In this context, this situation was examined using the mixed methods research method. There are significant differences between parents’ attitudes towards sexual education according to the parent’s and children’s education levels. When the views of the parents are examined, it is also seen that there are differences. It is seen that the majority of parents expect their children to ask questions about sexual education. In addition, it is seen that parents mainly think that sexual education should be started in the family. To prevent sexual abuse, it is thought that parents should be informed about the sexual education of children.

In the article, categories are considered, which are used to designate project educational activities in the conditions of an educational institution. The essence, defining characteristics of this type of training are revealed. The goal, principles, tasks and functions of the implementation of educational design technology, requirements for the organization of educational design are established. It was revealed that nowadays work on an educational project causes changes in the student's personality - it contributes to his development during the independent implementation of the project. Definitions of the concepts "educational project technology" and "educational project" are proposed. It is argued that project activity is a specific type of activity aimed at creating significantly new ideas, products that are the result of creative search efforts of an individual or a team and have personal and social significance. The project method is a learning system in which students acquire knowledge and skills in the process of planning and executing projects.

Modern digital technologies contribute to the transformation of the social order and the integration of the latest information processing capabilities into everyday life. These trends are also characteristic of education and science as separate branches of the social whole. Therefore, the aim of the work is to analyze the technological challenges in the development of the educational and scientific potential of the XXI century. The methods of analysis and synthesis, comparativistic method, forecasting, modeling method were used in the study. The main empirical method was a survey in which 130 teachers and 100 scientific workers participated. It was found that the majority of teachers consider the use of digitalization achievements as inevitable and positive phenomena. Researchers are less optimistic - almost every third employee of the industry did not give a positive response to the impact of digitalization. It is determined that such a phenomenon is negatively perceived because of its ambiguous impact on academic virtue. Modern academics and educators equally understand the importance and significance of digital competence in today's globalized and informatized world. Among the problems, respondents named the technical equipment of educational and research institutions as relevant. Especially for scientists was the problem of insufficient funding. The conclusions noted the importance of conducting further research into the security of using digital tools in research and educational activities and defining a philosophical basis for the transformations, which will help to predict possible challenges in the future.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the strategies for the development of Ukrainian education in the short and long term of the integration process into the European community. The task of scientific research is focused on the correlation of the processes of integration of Ukrainian education into the European paradigm. The research methodology is based on a combination of classical and innovative approaches of scientific and pedagogical discourse. The results of the study indicate the problematic aspects of the transition of Ukrainian education to the standards of the European educational system, namely, the oversaturation of quantitative indicators with a low level of quality of education, leveling the principle of the rule of the human dimension in education. Ukrainian education is facing the socio-cultural need to integrate into the European space. This path is realized through adaptation to new conditions and modernization of the educational environment using innovative strategies.

The present study adopted an exploratory critical discourse analysis (CDA) approach to examine gender representation in Iranian government mandatory high school ELT textbooks using Fairclough model. Considering the model, female and male characters’ visibility, semantic, domestic, and social roles, activities, and pictorial representations in the textbooks were scrutinized. These factors were described, interpreted, and explained both qualitatively and quantitatively. Additionally, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 30 experienced high school educators and their responses were coded, scrutinized, and interpreted. The findings revealed the permanence of male dominance in the textbooks and that the gender bias in educational materials would have strong socio-cultural effects on students’ mind sets, future careers, and fields of study. The findings highlight the must to address gender inequalities as one of the most crucial socio-cultural concerns of Iran EFL educational textbooks.

This study aims to determine academics’ conflict resolution skills when problems arise in their interpersonal relationships. The data obtained to achieve this objective included academics’ sociodemographic distribution and administrator-staff relations in the university, the atmosphere among the stakeholders, the administrators’ relationships with teachers, students, and parents, the distribution of jobs between administrators and staff, and academics’ physical reactions of academic to conflict resolution. This qualitative study was conducted as a case study. The population of the study consisted of 20 academics working in a private university in Nicosia, in Northern Cyprus (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) during the 2021-2022 academic year. Purposeful sampling to represent the study population was first determined using the purposeful sampling method; the snowball sampling technique would be used as long as different views were obtained. The majority of the participants consisted of women, most of whom were aged 30-40 years, married, had children, and 16 or more years of professional experience. A semi-structured interview form, which was prepared by the researcher, was used as a data collection tool. The research data were analyzed using the content analysis method. The results showed that the established relationship was positive and authoritarian. The participants expressed their views on the need to create a positive atmosphere among stakeholders and strengthen communication, and highlighted such illnesses as physical stress, heart palpitations, difficulty in breathing, headache, neck pain, shoulder pain, and depressive mood.
