摘要

通过研究人员、企业和政府,循环经济越来越受到重视。循环经济的理念是在使用材料直至其生命周期结束时不给环境造成任何危害,并尽可能地将其留在循环中。从这个角度来看,设计良好的物流基础设施可能会使物料处于循环中。本研究提出了通过电子商务进行销售的中小企业以及电子商务退货的处理方式。以伊斯坦布尔鞋业为例,提出了网络设计方案。然后,采用线性规划的方法进行成本最小化计算。本研究为中小企业提供了一个清晰、简单的解决方案,以最大限度地降低处理退货产品的成本,同时保持退货在周期内。
