Methods: 48 patients with laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors were included, selected from January to December 2022, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 24 cases in each group, to compare the effects. Results: The pain scores at each time point in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the recovery time of analgesic gas and out-of-bed activity, and postoperative length of stay were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic technology brings benefits to patients with gynecological tumors, realizes minimally invasive treatment, and reduces damage, but postoperative pain is still a key factor affecting prognosis. 摘要
目的:探讨基于ERAS (enhanced recovery after surgery)理念的多模式镇痛在妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月~ 12月腹腔镜妇科肿瘤手术患者48例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组24例,比较效果。结果:观察组患者各时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组,镇痛气体、下床活动恢复时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:腹腔镜技术给妇科肿瘤患者带来益处,实现了微创治疗,减少了损伤,但术后疼痛仍是影响预后的关键因素。基于ERAS理念的多模态镇痛可以起到明显的镇痛作用,对改善患者身心状态,加快术后恢复有重要影响。
