The mean (± standard deviation) muscle temperature increased by 2.0 ± 0.5°C and 1.4 ± 0.6°C in the passive and active warm-up groups, respectively (<i>p</i> < 0.05). RJ index increased significantly in both groups (<i>p</i> < 0.05).
