Design: An explanatory descriptive research design was utilized in this study. Sampling: A convenient sample of 249 fourth-year nursing students agreed to participate in this study. Setting: The study was conducted at the faculty of nursing at Beni-suef University. Tools of data collection: Three tools were used in this study: ( 1) A socio-demographic interviewing questionnaire, (2) Perceived stress scale to examine nursing students’ stress levels and types of stressors, (3) The coping scale to measure coping patterns among nursing students. Results: Findings of this study showed that more than two-thirds of nursing students had suffered from stress and could not adapt well to stressors during COVID-19. As well as less than half of nursing students used problem-focused patterns to deal with stress during the covid-19 pandemic with the highest score among coping subscales. There was a negative moderate correlation between perceived stress scale and coping scale for stressful situations among nursing students. Conclusion: More than two-thirds of nursing students suffered from stress during COVID-19 pandemic. There was a negative moderate correlation between perceived stress and coping with stressful situations among nursing students. 摘要

背景:护理专业学生在学习和临床培训过程中,特别是在COVID-19期间,由于与患者直接接触,因此需要应对压力源。目的:评估2019冠状病毒病大流行期间护生的感知压力源及应对模式。设计:本研究采用解释性描述性研究设计。抽样:249名同意参与本研究的四年级护理专业学生作为方便抽样。研究地点:本研究在贝尼苏夫大学护理学院进行。数据收集工具:本研究采用三种工具:(1)社会人口学访谈问卷;(2)感知压力量表考察护生的压力水平和压力源类型;(3)应对量表考察护生的应对方式。结果:本研究发现,超过三分之二的护生在新冠肺炎期间遭受压力,不能很好地适应压力源。此外,不到一半的护理专业学生在covid-19大流行期间使用以问题为中心的模式来应对压力,在应对子量表中得分最高。护生压力情境感知压力量表与应对压力量表存在负相关。结论:超过三分之二的护生在COVID-19大流行期间遭受压力。护生压力感知与压力情境处理存在负相关。建议:在校内建立学生心理咨询中心,由心理健康专业人员为护生提供心理咨询服务和心理支持。
