The isolated fungi showed good enzymatic activity, in which 12 fungal species can secret manganese peroxidase, 11 can secret cellulase, 9 can secret lipase, and five can secret laccase enzyme. 摘要

真菌是环境中最重要的微生物群体之一,由于它们能够产生多种酶,因此在环境中发挥着至关重要的作用。本研究从伊拉克南部巴士拉省多个农业区采集的 15 份土壤样本中分离出 14 种真菌,并在特定的固体培养基上对它们的四种胞外酶(纤维素酶 C、漆酶 La、脂肪酶 Lp 和锰过氧化物酶 Mp)的酶活性进行了测试。分离出的真菌表现出良好的酶活性,其中 12 种真菌能分泌锰过氧化物酶,11 种能分泌纤维素酶,9 种能分泌脂肪酶,5 种能分泌漆酶。念珠曲霉和花色曲霉对所有酶的检测结果均为阳性,Cladosporium对C、Lp和Mp的检测结果均为阳性,而Mucor sp.对所有酶的检测结果均为阴性:酶活性 真菌多样性 土壤
