This affects their opportunities in the labor market. In reality, people with disabilities only need accessibility, environmental access, social access, work access and so on. The negative stigma of some people that makes them limited is not because of the limitations they have, people with disabilities are faced with limitations because they are not given accessibility. In terms of accessibility, the state must be responsible for the fulfillment of the rights needed by persons with disabilities, this is done so that they are able to freely carry out their roles. This research method is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. From the results of research that refers to the facilitating role theory proposed by Jime Ife, there are eight facilitating roles performed by Thisable Enterprise in empowering workers with disabilities, namely: social spirit, mediation and negotiation, support, building consensus, group facilitation, utilization of various skills and resources, organizing, and personal communication. The role of facilitating the empowerment of persons with disabilities carried out by Thisable Enterprise through vocational programs has greatly affected the lives of partners with disabilities to become more prosperous. In the soft skills and hard skills training programs that have been run by Thisable Enterprise, it is able to increase the competence of people with disabilities to compete in the labor market.Keywords: Role; Empowerment; Workforce; Persons with Disabilities.Abstrak: Stigma terhadap penyandang disabilitas oleh sebagian orang menjadikan penyandang disabilitas termarginalisasi dan dianggap tidak mampu karena kekurangannya. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap peluang mereka di pasar tenaga kerja. Pada kenyataanya penyandang disabilitas hanya butuh aksesibilitas, akses lingkungan, akses sosial, akses bekerja dan lain sebagainya. Stigma negatif sebagian orang yang menjadikan mereka terbatas bukan karena keterbatasan yang mereka miliki, penyandang disabilitas dihadapkan dengan keterbatasan karena tidak diberikan aksesibilitas. Dalam hal aksesibilitas, negara harus bertanggung jawab atas pemenuhan hak-hak yang dibutuhkan oleh penyandang disabilitas, hal ini dilakukan agar mereka mampu dengan leluasa menjalankan perannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian yang mengacu kepada teori peran memfasilitasi yang dikemukakan Jime Ife, terdapat delapan peran memfasilitasi yang dilakukan Thisable Enterprise dalam pemberdayaan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas, yaitu: semangat sosial, mediasi dan negosiasi, dukungan, membangun konsensus, fasilitasi kelompok, pemanfaatan berbagai keterampilan dan sumberdaya, mengorganisasi, dan komunikasi pribadi. Peran memfasilitasi dengan kegiatan pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas yang dilakukan oleh Thisable Enterprise melalui program vokasional hasilnya sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan para mitra penyandang disabilitas menjadi lebih sejahtera.
