The sample in this study were employees at PT Global Jet Cargo Surabaya, namely 98 employees. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation), that is, if the data is the same, the researcher explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis using the F test and t test. The conclusion from the research results can be seen that there is influence of leadership style and promotion both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT Global Jet Cargo. 摘要

本研究旨在确定包括领导风格、晋升在内的员工工作能力对泗水环球货运公司员工绩效的同时影响和部分影响,并确定对泗水环球货运公司员工绩效具有主导影响的领导风格变量。本研究的样本为泗水 PT Global Jet Cargo 公司的 98 名员工。这类研究属于解释性研究(说明),即如果数据相同,研究人员通过假设检验来解释变量之间的因果关系。本研究采用的抽样技术是非概率抽样,即以全体人口作为研究样本。数据分析采用 F 检验和 t 检验。从研究结果中可以得出结论:领导风格和晋升对 PT Global Jet Cargo 公司员工的绩效有同时和部分的影响。领导风格变量对 PT Global Jet Cargo 公司员工绩效的影响占主导地位。
