This is given to truck drivers in India who drive miles in all weathers without proper sleep to ensure that the goods consigned reach in specified time. Lack of proper sleep leads to deadly road accidents. Out of 139,000 deaths due to road accidents, around 26,678 drivers die due to lack of sleep (NCRB).
