However, we assert the existence a major flaw in the field of Chinese education, mainly the lack of adequate training programs for Chinese teachers. Thus, this study investigates the current situation of local Chinese teacher training in the Republic of the Congo, with to goal to identify the main challenges related to the issue, and to put forward innovative methods to solve these challenges. Lately, Chinese teaching in the Republic of Congo has developed rapidly. Looking into the future, this research outlines the future research direction in the field of Chinese teacher training. It emphasizes the potential long-term impact of intensive training on language education, cultural exchanges and economic opportunities for Congolese students. 摘要

中国是当今世界上最重要的国家之一,随着汉语和中国文化影响力的不断扩大,近二十年来,汉语教育在非洲,尤其是刚果共和国的重要性日益凸显。然而,我们认为在华文教育领域存在一个重大缺陷,主要是缺乏对华文教师的适当培训计划。因此,本研究对刚果共和国当地汉语教师培训的现状进行了调查,旨在找出相关问题的主要挑战,并提出解决这些挑战的创新方法。近年来,刚果共和国的汉语教学发展迅速。展望未来,本研究概述了汉语教师培训领域的未来研究方向。它强调了强化培训对刚果学生语言教育、文化交流和经济机会的潜在长期影响。此外,本研究还强调了政府机构、教育机构和国际组织在支持此类活动中所能发挥的作用。
