The theory used is the Parasuraman theory with dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible (physical evidence), Emphaty (Empathy), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Assurance) and Assurance (Guarantee). As for the dimensions of the image using Harrison's theories, namely Personality, Reputations, Value and Corporate Identity. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is an explanatory survey method. The population in this study is the parents of students who send their children to the Auliya Integrated Islamic School with a population of 1376 and the samples taken are 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling method with Cluster Sampling technique.The conclusion of this study, where the respondent judged to agree with the service quality variable (X) with a weight of 3.11 and the Image variable (Y) with a weight of 3.23. 摘要

本研究旨在衡量服务质量对奥里亚伊斯兰综合学校形象的影响。采用的理论是帕拉苏拉曼理论,服务质量的维度是有形(物证)、移情(移情)、可靠(可靠)、响应(保证)和保证(保证)。至于使用 Harrison 理论的形象维度,即人格、声誉、价值和企业形象。本研究为定量研究。采用的研究方法是解释性调查法。本研究的研究对象是送子女到奥利耶综合伊斯兰学校就读的学生家长,人数为 1376 人,抽取的样本为 93 名受访者。本研究的结论是,受访者判断同意服务质量变量(X)的权重为 3.11,同意形象变量(Y)的权重为 3.23。奥里亚伊斯兰综合学校的形象受到服务质量的强烈影响。
