Analysis of the Causes of Crooked Cane Carrier Shafts at the Kremboong Sugar Factory
This study investigates the problem of damage to the Cane Carrier shaft due to overload in sugar mills. The aim is to understand the exact cause of the bend of the Cane Carrier due to overload and find solutions to prevent it. The study found that overload and lack of regular maintenance were major factors in the breakdown of Cane Carrier shafts. To resolve this issue, the study recommends a change in load management, implementation of stricter preventive maintenance, and the implementation of regular overload monitoring. These measures can reduce damage to the Cane Carrier shaft and improve operational efficiency. The research makes an important contribution to the understanding and handling of the problem of damage to Cane Carrier shafts due to overload, and is relevant for the sugar industry and in the field of mechanical engineering.
Highlight :
Overload and lack of regular maintenance are major factors in the breakdown of Cane Carrier shafts.
Change in load management, implementation of stricter preventive maintenance, and the implementation of regular overload monitoring can reduce damage to the Cane Carrier shaft and improve operational efficiency.
The research makes an important contribution to the understanding and handling of the problem of damage to Cane Carrier shafts due to overload, and is relevant for the sugar industry and in the field of mechanical engineering
Keywords: Cane Carrier shaft, overload, regular maintenance, sugar mills, mechanical engineering.
