With the goal of minimum flexibility demand and economic optimization, the implementation of flexible supply and demand balance constraints is added. The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional resource scheduling scheme and the unified flexible resource scheduling method are compared from the net load volatility, the maximum operating volatility and the whole time scale flexible supply and demand balance index. 摘要

高比例的可再生能源和间歇性负荷给区域能源系统的灵活运行带来了挑战。为提高区域能源系统的柔性运行水平,本文考虑了储能充放电、需求侧管理、电动汽车 V2G 的不确定性,建立了柔性资源供给能力与成本模型。以最小柔性需求和经济优化为目标,增加了柔性供需平衡约束的实现。从净负荷波动率、最大运行波动率、全时间尺度柔性供需平衡指标等方面比较了传统资源调度方案和统一柔性资源调度方法的优缺点。算法分析证明了所提出的调度方案在提高区域能源系统灵活性方面的优势,能够很好地描述区域能源系统的灵活性,并可定量表征。
