摘要

工作精神、组织文化和工作环境会影响公务员的绩效。本研究涉及 Purwodadi 村办公室的所有公务员,共计 57 人。在本研究中,非概率抽样的技术是使用普查抽样,将全部人口作为研究样本。本研究使用 SPSS 16 中的多元线性回归模型处理定量数据。结果表明,士气、组织文化和工作环境对 Purwodadi 村办公室公务员的绩效有积极和显著的影响。
