At the same time, the history of the development of this educational institution and its current specifics are characterized. Attention is paid to the development strategy of the University and, in particular, to the implementation of the project to create a technopark with the status of a scientific and educational center on the basis of the University geodetic polygon agro (bio). This strategic project develops the existing components of university science and education to the greatest extent.
