摘要

电动汽车作为一种新型负荷,在参与备用市场方面具有巨大潜力。然而,电动汽车用户参与聚合器调节的不确定性影响了聚合器参与市场的最优策略。针对用户意愿的不确定性以及聚合器与配电网之间的利益冲突,本文提出了一种主从博弈的电动汽车聚合器优化调度策略,以积分制提高用户意愿。首先,建立配电网的二阶锥形最优电流模型,进而得到配电网节点边际电价。其次,建立带储能的聚合器收益模型,提出价格引导的需求响应模型,同时建立聚合器积分系统引导电动汽车用户的充电行为,从而解决配电网与聚合器之间的协同运行优化问题,有效平衡电动汽车用户、电动汽车聚合器和配电网运营商之间的经济利益。
