Mining Chinese Animation Movie Audience Concern Themes Based on BERTopic and UGC 基于 BERTopic 和 UGC 挖掘中国动画电影受众关注主题

[Objective] To explore how Chinese animated movies can effectively utilize hot topics to feed the box office and improve the competitiveness of the movies by mining hot topics of users' concern through User-Generated Content (UGC). [Methods] Based on the UGC text of Douban reviews of the Chinese animated movie "30,000 Leagues in Chang'an", we adopt the BERTopic algorithm to cluster topics based on the category-based TF-IDF (Word Frequency-Inverse Text Frequency)-weighted clustering, and introduce the semantic fine-tuning of the topics by the ChatGLM2-6B model to excavate the hot topics of users' attention. [Results] Users of the Chinese animated movie "30,000 Leagues in Chang'an" pay attention to five major topic clusters, including Chinese culture, word-of-mouth communication, poetic narrative, production technology, and the controversy of new historical facts. [Limitations] The country differences in the topic concerns of Chinese animated films were not analyzed in comparison with foreign UGC texts. [Conclusion] This study focuses on UGC text analysis to discover the social attention and evolution law of related topics. These findings provide some reference value for future Chinese animated movie production and production, box office prediction and marketing.

The Dilemma of Achieving "Same Case, Same Sentence" in Cases of "Knowing and Buying Counterfeits" in the Field of Food and Drugs and Its Legal Progress 食品药品领域 "知假买假 "案件实现 "同案同判 "的困境及其法律进展

The frequent disparity in judicial rulings for identical cases of "Knowingly Purchasing Counterfeit Goods" within the food and drug sector has significantly undermined the authority of the law and compromised judicial fairness. An empirical study of 100 randomly selected judicial decisions from Shandong Province reveals that the current level of uniformity in judgments for equivalent cases is less than ideal. To delve deeper into the factors influencing these inconsistencies, this paper conducts an analysis of the suspicion of counterfeit awareness, the burden of proof, and the nature of the appellate case, utilizing the chi-square test for independence. Challenges such as establishing consumer identity, defining fraudulent behavior, and evaluating the standards of food safety are pivotal issues that impede the equitable treatment of knowingly purchasing counterfeit goods within the food and drug sector. In this distinct domain, the act of knowingly purchasing counterfeit goods, despite potential associations with professional racketeering, often yields a more constructive outcome. If it is determined that the parties involved are not engaged in commercial operations, their status as consumers should be acknowledged. When assessing food safety standards, emphasis should be placed on substantive criteria rather than mere formalities. Moreover, the presence of substantial harm should not be a mandatory threshold for the application of punitive damages. Additionally, if an operator fails to fulfill their evidentiary responsibilities or demonstrates "knowledge" of the counterfeit goods, the consumer's claim for compensation should be upheld.

Research on the Social Safety Valve Function of the Stigma towards Studying Abroad 留学耻辱的社会安全阀功能研究

There is no lack of research on stigma and international students in China, but little research has been done on the stigma experienced by Chinese Students Studying Abroad for a Master's Degree. Through semi-structured interviews with domestic groups and overseas masters, the study explores the sources and functions of stigma in the context of the social safety valve. The study found that the stigma of masters studying abroad is homogenized by the domestic community due to the fermentation of the "craze for studying abroad" and the "return to China" wave. Through the stigma, the domestic community has resolved their dissatisfaction and anxiety, and master's degree holders have achieved the positive function of the social safety valve by reducing the high expectations they have to bear.

How do Capital Market Pressures Affect Pay Structures? Evidence Based on Short Selling and Firms’ Internal Pay Gaps 资本市场压力如何影响薪酬结构?基于卖空和公司内部薪酬差距的证据

This paper examines the relationship between short selling and internal pay gaps of listed companies, and explores how short selling affects the company's pay structure. To this end, this paper utilizes the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2022, and adopts the staggered-DID method, and finds that short selling significantly increases the internal pay gaps of firms subject to the short selling mechanism, but gaps are instead narrowed in SOEs and technology-intensive firms. The mechanism analysis suggests that short selling widens pay gaps by increasing the demand for highly educated managers and their compensation for job risk. The result of this paper provides a new perspective for understanding the socio-economic effects of capital market policies, as well as a rationale for formulating fair and reasonable pay policies.

Conservative Theory of Expanding Supervision Compensation from the Perspective of Behavioral Economics 从行为经济学角度看扩大监督报酬的保守理论

Based on the reflection on the traditional theory of expanding compensation, protecting human rights, and urging the exercise of rights, using cybernetics and behavioral economics tools, the expansion of supervision compensation will make market norms erode social norms, coupled with the confrontational sense of the subject and object of compensation. According to empirical research, it has been proved that inspection compensation will be further transmitted into a disguised “redemption” claim. On the contrary, it loses the basic proof in general jurisprudence and welfare school. Based on acknowledging the “post-welfare school” and general jurisprudence, in order to increase the marginal amount of social welfare, safeguard human rights and promote the return of legal order, inspection compensation should be treated conservatively, including refinement, orderly limitation, and policy-oriented compensation and relief substitution.

Water yield forecast in Shandong Province based on InVEST model 基于 InVEST 模型的山东省水资源产量预测

A better understanding of the effects of land use change and climate change on water yield is highly important for water resource planning and sustainable management. Land use changes in Shandong Province were analyzed over recent years. The PLUS Model was applied to forecast the land use layout for 2032, with adjustments made based on actual conditions and utilizing various CMIP6 scenarios for precipitation and actual evapotranspiration. The 2032 Water Yield was quantified using the InVEST Model at both grid and administrative scales, and its temporal-spatial characteristics and spatial correlation were analyzed. The findings revealed several key points: first, a decrease of 16.92% in arable land area, along with diminishing trends in grassland and unused land, and an increase of 33.92% in built-up land area, accompanied by growth in forest and water area. Second, the water yield decreases from southeast to northwest in Shandong Province, with significant inter-annual variations. Third, future predictions suggest that the annual water yield generally increases during flat water years, with offshore areas exhibiting greater water yield depth compared to inland areas. Rizhao is projected to have the highest water yield depth, while Binzhou and Dongying are expected to have the lowest depths, with a spatially positive correlation between them.

With the help of AIGC technology, it is particularly important to improve the efficiency and influence of red cultural communication. 6th International Symposium on Social Science and Management Innovation (SSMI 2024) was held in Macao, China during June 8-9, 2024. This conference was sponsored by Research Center of Engineering and Science, and was attended by academicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers, postgraduates from China and all over the world. The aim of the conference is to provide an interactive platform for the academicians, R & D organizations, industries, innovators, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers etc., from both China and abroad to exchange ideas on recent researches and advances in the domain of Social Science and Management Innovation with its prospective application in the various interdisciplinary domains of engineering. This two-day conference is being organized in technical association with Research Center of Engineering and Science and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge. SSMI 2024 has received 97 manuscripts. And more than 20 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers and the Press. By submitting a paper to SSMI 2024, the authors agreed to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts would be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who would give detailed comments and-if the submission gets accepted-the authors submitted a revised version that considers this feedback. All papers were reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers did not know each other's identities, nor did the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees invested great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit. Research on emotional interaction among live streaming sales users based on the interactive ritual chain 基于互动仪式链的直播销售用户情感互动研究

With the development of the Internet and 5G technology, live streaming has become the choice for more and more users to buy goods. This article takes "TIME WITH YUHUI" live streaming room as the research object, and analyzes the generation and dissemination process of user emotions in live streaming sales based on the interactive ritual chain theory. Live streaming sales is not only a sales method, but also a process of emotional communication. Through the four elements of the interactive ritual chain - group gathering, common focus, shared emotional experience, and group emotional gathering, live streaming rooms have successfully promoted the interaction and dissemination of user emotions. In the "TIME WITH YUHUI" live streaming room, through the interaction between anchor Dong Yuhui and users, a strong emotional cohesion has been formed, breaking the limitations of traditional live streaming sales and achieving a high degree of emotional gathering and dissemination among users. This article also explores the optimization path of emotional communication in live streaming rooms, proposes strategies to enhance interactivity, expand live streaming themes, enhance cultural and emotional values, etc., in order to promote the long-term development of live streaming rooms and enhance user loyalty.
